These terms and conditions can change without notice but will be posted here for easy viewing.
Images must be supplied to us digitally and in the following formats: jpg, png or gif. Image sizes should be at least 1140 px wide for page width slider or 2000 px wide for full width slider. Other images can be up to 1140 px wide or proportional to that size ie: 1/3 width = 380 px, 2/3 width = 760 px while half is approx. 600 px etc.
The content must be supplied to us in a digital format in one word document (like the CMS Website brief).
Files for download etc should be supplied as a PDF. Alternatively, you can supply a Word Document or Excel file if required.
You get one review of your website before going live.
We adhere to the current W3C Standards (where possible). Your website will be responsive for desktop and mobile devices and be up to a maximum of 1140px in width. Our websites are compatible with the most common latest browsers incl: IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari & Opera.
We have selected the very best templates that are user friendly and easy to use. While we can change background and content colors (like text and headings etc.) plus some layout features there will be no core theme code changes – to do so would attract additional charges.
Support is provided via our Support Ticketing system or via phone for urgent requests. A 40 video tutorial and user manual are also included.
Additional cost may be incurred and will be charged at $97 per hour (plus GST). Additional pages can be requested at $150/page. You will be invoiced separately for these.
We perform a 6 point security enhancement to minimise hacking of your website. All website are backed up daily and kept for 14 days.
HOSTING (if required)
Our server is a dedicated server just for ICONIC clients so you will never have to compete for bandwidth from thousands of other users slowing your site down. Our servers are hosted here in Australia at our secure Datacentre in Melbourne. Your plan includes:
- Site Capacity 1.0GB
- Site traffic 2.0GB
- Mail Boxes 20
- Backups Nightly – & kept for 14 days
We prefer to host on our servers as they are configured for our websites and more easily managed from your own management console – we can host elsewhere if you already have hosting in place.
This quotation does not include copy-writing, e-commerce, uploading of mass products, (if applicable – other than those required by us to ensure that the website and ordering system and payment gateway are working as required if you do decide to purchase an eCommerce solution), photography or the purchase of stock images nor will training. Please note that these services are available upon requires and additional charges will apply.
Our time-frame will be 2-4 weeks from the receipt of the final material or payment whichever is the latter.
The only ongoing charges will be for Hosting & Email Marketing (other than the free plan) – if these services are with us – these are:
- Startup Hosting Package: $197.97/yr or cheaper if paid for 36 months (from $11.97/mth)
- Bronze Email Marketing Plan: $97/yr (or $10/mth only if option selected for auto responders, surveys & triggers etc – otherwise FREE)
While these are the starting charges, other plans are available and both can be paid monthly, 6 monthly, yearly, 2 or 3 years in advance – the longer the term the cheaper it is.
Full payment is required upfront before commencement on your project. We also need to receive the completed and signed Booking Agreement back prior to commencement.
If for any reason your project is terminated you will be liable for any hours over and above what has already been paid plus any additional charged incurred by us like administration, hosting, domain name purchases etc. or 30% of the website price – which ever is greater.
